Job Description:
Job title: Client Account Manager
Salary: £30k
Location: Harrow
Hours: 8-5pm
My client is a well-run SME, and they have a lovely office team, looking for another person to join them. The ideal person will have some previous experience working within a Construction/ Plumbing and/or similar type industry. You will be organized, with good attention to detail to ensure work is planned correctly and runs smoothly.
Duties:
*Managing reactive breakdown requirements
*Managing maintenance requirements
*Answering incoming calls/emails
*Providing information and guidance on services provided
*Taking jobs to be completed from clients
*Setting up jobs on computer system
*Allocating jobs to be completed to a team of field-based engineers/subcontractors
*Tracking progress
*Sending/raising further work quotes for approval
*Raising purchase orders from suppliers
*Ordering parts and booking in further works
*Sending completion reports and certification to clients
*Raising RAMS where necessary
*Completing tender documentation
*Raising invoices for your completed works
