We are actively seeking an Assistant Management Accountant for a well established and growing company in Leyland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

*Preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts with variance analysis and insightful commentary against budget, forecast and prior year
*Completion of Balance Sheet Reconciliations
*Analysis of monthly costs & investigation of variances to budget/forecast
*Assisting with preparation of annual budgets & monthly and quarterly forecasts
*Support the production of the annual statutory accounts, ensuring that they reconcile back to the annual management accounts
Our client is looking for a candidate who:

*Has management accounts experience
*Is part qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or AAT qualified or part AAT qualified
*Has good Excel skills
*Has excellent communication skills
