Production OperativesSpalding | £12.21-£12.71 per hour | 12-Hour Shifts | Days & Nights | Temporary to Permanent
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established client operating in Spalding. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with full training provided.
Key Duties*Working on a production line.
*Making and preparing flower bouquets.
*Packing and quality checking products.
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
Requirements*Ability to stand and work for long periods.
*Good attention to detail.
*Flexible and able to work shifts (days and nights).
*Reliable and committed to completing assigned shifts.
*Driving licence essential to travel between sites.
Hours & Pay*12-hour shifts, days and nights.
*Day rate: £12.21 per hour.
*Night rate: £12.71 per hour.
*Overtime: £15.26 per hour (after 46 hours).
