Pre-Construction Manager – Passive Fire (London)
We’re recruiting an experienced Pre-Construction Manager with strong passive fire knowledge to support the front end of major remediation and life-safety projects across London.
This is a commercially focused role where you’ll help shape project strategy before mobilisation — influencing scope, design input, pricing and risk.
Key responsibilities
*Estimating passive fire packages across large-scale remediation works
*Pre-construction strategy and bid support
*Budget and commercial ownership through pre-construction
*Scope/spec input and coordination prior to handover
*Client engagement during bid and pre-construction
*Early risk identification and mitigation
What we’re looking for
*Solid background in passive fire / fire remediation (pre-construction, estimating or commercial)
*Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management
*Confident operating on complex, high-value programmes
