What You’ll be Assisting With:
* Issue Resolution - Proactively identifies and resolves upload errors, rectifies missing or inconsistent data, and addresses discrepancies highlighted by system alerts or client queries to ensure seamless invoice processing.
* Accrual Reporting - Oversees the accurate collection, verification, and timely submission of accrual data, ensuring compliance with client-specific reporting schedules and standards.
* Global Collaboration - Engages effectively with partners, finance teams, PAs, and international colleagues to maintain alignment across billing processes and support efficient end-to-end workflow management.
* Portal Administration - Maintains and optimises eBilling portals by ensuring all information is current, accurate, and aligned with submission deadlines and client requirements.
* eBill Generation and Submission - Produces, validates, and uploads electronic invoices across diverse client eBilling platforms, ensuring precision and adherence to platform-specific protocols.
