Job Title: Quality Lead (Education and Training)
Location: London - Hybrid
Salary: up to£50,000 (inclusive of location uplift) - depending on skills and experience

Type: Full Time, Permanent
Duties:
*To support the Head of Quality to improve standards of delivery across the provision (Vocational Training, Functional Skills and Employability), ensuring it meets quality and compliance standards.
*Lead and deliver assigned quality improvement projects in line with agreed priorities.
*Design, coordinate and deliver training to quality managers, curriculum managers and teaching teams across Functional Skills, ESOL and vocational programmes.
*Promote innovative and effective teaching and learning strategies across the education teams - sharing best practice.
*Monitor and support Quality Improvement Plans, including Ofsted action plans.
*Review learning resources and documentation to ensure compliance with our clients’ quality standards, providing training where required.
*Work with stakeholders to evaluate the impact of interventions and address underperformance.
*Produce timely and accurate management and performance reports.
Essential Criteria:
*Must hold a PGCE, or equivalent learning and development qualification.
*Must hold a strong background of working within a similar Quality Lead/Management role within the Further Education sector.
*Experience of working with external inspection bodies e.g. Ofsted, and awarding organisations.
*Ability to inspire, lead and motivate teaching staff and learners.
*Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
