Some offices have reception desks.
Ours has a front stage.
We’re looking for someone at the start of their career who understands that reception isn’t admin, it’s atmosphere. It’s the first impression, the tone-setter, the calm centre of a premium building.
You don’t need years of experience.
You do need presence, polish and genuine warmth.
What You’ll Be Doing*Meeting and greeting clients and visitors with confidence and natural professionalism
*Managing meeting room bookings and preparing spaces to a high standard
*Handling calls and enquiries with clarity and composure
*Supporting the wider team to ensure the building runs smoothly
*Noticing the small details others miss
This is a highly visible role. How you carry yourself matters.
What We’re Looking For*A naturally welcoming, confident personality
*Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
*Strong attention to detail
*A proactive attitude - you don’t wait to be told
*Smart, polished presentation
*A genuine interest in customer experience
Experience in hospitality, retail or customer service is welcome, but not essential. What matters most is attitude and potential.
