Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Irlam
Contract Type: Temporary - Permanent
Hours: 18:00pm-2:00am (Night shift) 6pm in the evening until 2am in the morning.
Pay Rate: £12.60
We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our busy team in Irlam. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive workplace and for the right candidate, there’s the potential to gain your in-house Forklift Truck (FLT) licence!

Your Role As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
*Loading and unloading goods
*Picking and packing orders accurately
*Keeping your work area tidy and organised
*Working closely with your team to meet daily targets
*(Once trained/licensed) Operating FLT equipment safely and effectively
What We’re Looking For We’re keen to meet people who are ready to get stuck in! Ideally, you’ll bring:
*Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
*Strong attention to detail
*A focus on safety and quality
*The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
*An interest in gaining an in-house FLT licence
