The Position As a Client Solutions Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored solutions and ensuring clients unlock the full potential of a highly configurable platform. Responsibilities include:
*Collaborating with clients to understand requirements and design effective solutions
*Supporting sales discussions through workshops, demonstrations, and technical proposals
*Producing detailed documentation including solution designs and process flows
*Solving complex technical challenges using structured, logical approaches
*Acting as a bridge between clients and internal product teams to ensure successful delivery
*Identifying gaps in solutions and recommending enhancements for future development
You’ll take ownership of projects early on and receive regular feedback to support your growth.

*Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
*Technical proficiency (e.g., Word, Excel, SQL) and willingness to learn new tools
*Confidence, initiative, and a track record of delivering successful projects
