Job Title: Business Support Officer Location: Bristol
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: £26.65 per hour (Umbrella)
Working Pattern: Dynamic (Hybrid) – 2–3 days per week onsite
The Opportunity Morson are recruiting on behalf of a leading global aerospace and defence organisation, offering the opportunity to join a highly respected and innovative business at the forefront of advanced engineering and technology.
Working as a Business Support Officer (BSO) within a friendly and supportive Programmes Team based in Bristol, you will provide proactive, accurate and comprehensive administrative and operational support to Senior Management.
This is a varied and highly visible role, offering the opportunity to support key programme activities within a globally recognised organisation.
Responsibilities * Manage complex diaries, extensive travel arrangements and expenses

* Organise meetings, events, workshops and training sessions; capture and track actions

* Create and maintain accurate documentation including Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, OneNote and Word documents

* Manage access control processes to ensure data compliance

* Understand and utilise internal systems, tools and policies

* Support wider UK Support Function (UKSF) activities and working groups

* Undertake varied and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For * Experience in a similar Business Support or Administrative role

* Strong customer-facing experience

* Proven ability to manage complex diaries, meetings, events and travel arrangements

* Intermediate to strong knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote)

* High level of resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage workload effectively

* Professional, approachable and able to maintain confidentiality

* Confident in building effective working relationships at all levels
