I C Talent is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school on the outskirts of Peterborough to recruit a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher for a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2026.

The RoleYou will be responsible for delivering high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 for the right candidate. The school is seeking someone who can inspire confidence in students, promote strong mathematical understanding, and contribute positively to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured Maths lessons
*Differentiate effectively to support students of all abilities
*Monitor and assess pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
*Contribute to curriculum development within the department
*Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
*Support the school’s safeguarding and pastoral systems
About You*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Have experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting
*Demonstrate strong subject knowledge
*Be committed to raising attainment and closing gaps
*Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
*Be a positive team player with a proactive approach
