The role

*Managing your own caseload of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate matters


*Supporting clients through the administration of estates with empathy and professionalism


*Preparing probate documentation and associated correspondence using specialist case management software


*Working closely with an established Private Client team while building your own confidence and capability — are you looking for a role where you can truly develop within Probate rather than just assist from the sidelines?


*Liaising directly with clients, beneficiaries and third parties throughout matters


*Maintaining organised files and ensuring high standards of client care

You

*Previous experience within Probate or Private Client is ideal


*Candidates without direct experience will be considered if you hold a law degree, CILEx (or equivalent), or are studying towards LPC or SQE


*A genuine interest in Wills and Probate, with clear motivation to build a career in this area


*Confident communication skills and a professional, compassionate manner


*Organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple matters


*Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop


*Able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
