Our client is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager with multi-site experience to join their growing team. The Operations Manager will ideally have a background from the construction or building merchants or similar sector.
The role will be predominately based in Crawley but with the need to visit other sites once per week.

Key Experience for the Operations Manager
*Operational Management background with experience of managing multiple sites
*A background from a merchants / construction or similar environment
*Ability to work under pressure
*Decision making
*Financial management
*Leadership
*IT literate especially in Outlook and Excel
*Experience working within an office environment
*Excellent communication skills
