Family Paralegal

An established and highly respected law firm in the heart of Altrincham is expanding its Family Law department and is looking for a driven and empathetic Paralegal to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to build their career within a supportive, forward-thinking practice that handles a diverse caseload of both privately and publicly funded family matters.

The Role
As a key member of the Family Law team, you’ll provide essential support to solicitors and fee earners across a wide range of matters, including:
*Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
*Private children disputes
*Domestic abuse cases and injunction applications
*Care proceedings
*Cohabitation and separation disputes
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Bring
*Paralegal with experience supporting family law matters (other legal areas will be considered)
*Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*A compassionate and professional approach when dealing with clients
*A Law degree or equivalent qualification is desirable, but practical experience in family law will be equally valued
