Are you an enthusiastic, nurturing Early Years Teacher with a passion for giving children the very best start in their learning journey? We’re looking for dedicated EYFS practitioners to join our team and work across a range of welcoming primary schools in the Wakefield and South Leeds area.
About the Role
You’ll be joining friendly, supportive school communities where you’ll play a key role in shaping early learning experiences. As an EY Teacher, you will:
*Create a warm, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
*Plan and deliver engaging EYFS-aligned lessons
*Support children’s early development across all areas of learning
*Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families
*Use observations and assessments to track progress
*Contribute to the wider life of the school and early years team
Placements range from short-term cover to long-term roles, depending on your preference.


*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching in EYFS (school-based or placement experience)
*A nurturing, child-centred approach
*Strong understanding of early childhood development
*Creativity, energy and a passion for early learning
*Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments
