Area Sales Manager£35,000–£50,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus
Field-Based (Territory TBC) | Full-Time | Mon–Fri
Car Allowance • Laptop • iPhone • Pension
The RoleWe’re looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to grow and manage a busy territory across pubs, hotels, bars, golf clubs and leisure venues. You’ll build strong relationships, win new business, and provide tailored purchasing solutions supported by a leading national procurement team.
What You’ll Do as an Area Sales Manager*Develop new business across your region
*Manage and grow existing customer relationships
*Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to onboarding
*Work with internal teams to deliver the best solutions
*Attend monthly meetings at our HQ near Bristol
What You’ll Bring*Confidence engaging with customers and building rapport
*Strong communication and relationship-management skills
*Motivated, results-driven approach
*Understanding of hospitality, catering or leisure (advantageous)
*MS Office skills
*Full UK driving licence
Hospitality experience (restaurants, bars, hotels) is a bonus.
