The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced Paid Search Manager to join a well-known food brand based in Nottingham. As this business expands its reach across social and digital, they are looking for a creative, proactive talent to help them lead that charge.
*Location: Nottingham (Hybrid 1 day WFH)
*Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
You will have overall responsibility for the performance of the PPC, Shopping and Display channels. Working closely with Head of Trading you will have the freedom to shape and define the long term Paid Search strategy to drive growth and ROI. You will deliver strategic campaigns across all areas of Search. This role is perfect for an ambitious Paid Search specialist / manager looking to put their own stamp on things.
Key Responsibilities
*Developing and implementing Paid Search, Display and Re-marketing strategies
*Carrying out day-to-day tasks such as optimising campaign structure, keyword research, keyword management, keyword bidding, ad copywriting and testing, landing page testing, and any other activities needed to drive growth and hit targets.
*Using data to drive decision making and optimisation.
*Working with the in-house design team on creatives.
*Working with tech to optimise feeds
*Managing paid search spend to ensure you stay within budget and achieve revenue and ROI KPI’s.
*Conducting competitor research and analysis
*Analysing and reporting performance to the wider team
About You
You will have a strong track record within Paid Social in a similar hybrid role or across multiple platforms and systems ideally within a fast paced, results driving e-commerce business or agency.
You will have experience managing budgets in excess of £1m per year and proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook brand accounts. It would be a real bonus if you were also with familiar with TikTok video content, even if not managing the account itself.
You will have a creative mindset with strong attention to storytelling, pacing, and platform trends and a good eye for brand tone. As a strong relationship builder you will be able to naturally communicate in a clear and concise way and have high energy with proven track record in ’getting stuff done’.
