We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in the S20 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable company offering a days-based role with an early finish every Friday.
The Role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring minimal downtime across production by carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance on a range of manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
* Support continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams
Requirements * Multi-skilled with both electrical and mechanical competencies
* Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
* Fault-finding experience on industrial machinery
* Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
