Due to exceptional property volumes, strong introducer relationships and a thriving city-centre property market, we are looking to recruit an ambitious Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a flagship hybrid operation offering genuine high earnings and substantial business levels.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a significant mortgage desk within one of Manchester’s busiest property markets.
The OpportunityWorking across Manchester City Centre & Salford Quays, you will benefit from a constant flow of estate agency generated mortgage appointments and high-quality leads.
Initially office-based 3–4 days per week to build relationships and maximise opportunity, hybrid flexibility increases as your pipeline and performance grow.
Business Levels:
*20–25 mortgage appointments per month
*8–10 mortgage sign-ups per month
*Average case size circa £1,800
*Average property values £220,000+
*Protection conversion 70%+
*Realistic OTE £75,000+ with exceptional high earnings potential
Key Responsibilities*Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Conduct face-to-face, telephone and virtual appointments
*Convert estate agency leads into mortgage business
*Build strong relationships with introducers and branch staff
*Manage pipeline effectively to maximise completions
*Deliver FCA compliant, client-focused advice
*Build a long-term, high-earning mortgage desk
Employed Package*Basic salary up to £35,000 (including car allowance)
*Uncapped commission and monthly bonuses
*Commission structure 5%–32%

Self-Employed Option*70% commission on self-generated business

Requirements*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
*CAS status preferred
*Experience as Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
*Estate agency experience beneficial
*Target-driven and commercially minded
*Based within commuting distance of Manchester
