Handle Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a dynamic, London-based music merchandising company in their search for an Accounts Assistant.
Operating across touring, retail, licensing, e-commerce and custom supply throughout the UK and Europe, this fast-paced and growing business is looking for a proactive finance professional to support the Finance Manager in the day-to-day running of the finance function.

The Role
The Accounts Assistant will support across a broad range of finance duties, including but not limited to:
*Matching invoices to purchase orders and ensuring accurate coding
*Processing purchase and sales invoices
*Reconciling purchase ledger entries to supplier statements
*Chasing overdue debtors
*Setting monthly exchange rates
*Matching EU import documentation to invoicing
*Posting journals
*Processing staff expenses
*Assisting with year-end preparation
*Supporting with ad-hoc financial tasks as required
About You
We’re looking for someone organised, detail-oriented and eager to grow within a supportive finance team.
You will have:
*Intermediate Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)
*QuickBooks knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
*Multi-currency experience
*Strong attention to accuracy and detail
*The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
*A positive, proactive attitude
*A genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills
