The ideal candidate would be a welder with their qualifications looking to get their foot in the door of a company willing to invest in their employees. Commutable to Bath.
The Role:
*Carrying out welding and basic fabrication work
*Assisting with repairs, modifications, and engineering projects
*Working from drawings and technical specifications
*Maintaining high health & safety and quality standards
The Person:
*Recognised welding qualification (college, NVQ, apprenticeship, or similar)
*Eager to learn and develop practical welding skills
*Ambitious and motivated to progress into a more qualified welding role
*Commutable to Bath
