The Role:
*Deliver high-quality Child Development lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, including GCSE and potentially Level 3/A-Level courses.
*Develop a stimulating and engaging curriculum to encourage students’ curiosity about human development.
*Ensure all pupils, including those with additional needs, are supported to reach their potential.
*Contribute to the wider life of the school, including pastoral guidance and extra-curricular activities.
About You:
*Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in relevant subject area.
*Experience: Experience delivering Child Development or related subjects (e.g., Health & Social Care) in a secondary setting.
*Skills: Strong classroom management, creative teaching methods, and a team player mindset.
*Passion: A genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the development of young people.
