In this role, you will be responsible for
*Be the micro space planner subject matter expert, relating to planing tolls and systems
*Leading/ developing and coaching a small team of micro space planners
*Deliver data-driven planograms that maximise sales, margin and ROI
*Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, operations, finance and brand teams
*Own performance reporting and turn insight into action
*Influence macro space decisions through micro-level analysis
*Present to senior leadership and shape future store development

*5+ years of advanced retail space planning experience
*Strong analytical skills and expertise with JDA/Blue Yonder or similar tools
*Confident stakeholder management, communication & presentation skills
