Salary: £35-39,000
A growing, design-led architectural practice in Essex is seeking a talented and ambitious RIBA Part III Architect to join its expanding team. Working on a diverse portfolio of residential and bespoke projects across the South East, this role offers the chance to take ownership of projects from day one. Role and Responsibilities
* Client-facing role with full project delivery responsibility
* Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project progress
* Produce technical drawings and detailed construction information
* Deliver projects across all RIBA work stages
* Ensure compliance with UK Planning and Building Regulations
The Ideal Candidate
* RIBA Part III qualification obtained in the UK
* Sufficient experience in a UK-based, design-led practice
* Strong technical and design skills
* Experience delivering UK residential projects
* Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
* Skilled in Adobe Suite
* Excellent communication, organisation, and project management abilities
* Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
