Northampton | £30,000–£32,000 + Bonus | Full-time, On-site

A specialist technical operation in Northampton is looking for a confident, switched-on Administrator to become the central hub of its day-to-day activity. This isn’t a back-office role, it’s hands-on, fast-paced, and absolutely essential to the smooth running of the business.

You’ll own the full journey of every order, from entry to dispatch to invoicing
You’ll be the go-to link between Sales, Warehouse, Production, Finance, and Customers
You’ll play a key part in quality checks for high-spec materials

Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Excellent attention to detail

Experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or exports is a bonus, but not essential
A willingness to learn and take ownership
