If you thrive on precision, pace, and problem-solving — this is your space.

*End-to-end shipment management across global routes (road, sea, air)
*Commercial invoices & export documentation — accurate, compliant, audit-ready
*Customs declarations & duties — calculated, validated, and risk-free
*Incoterms application (EXW focus) — applied, challenged, optimised
*Freight forwarder relationships — negotiate rates, improve terms, reduce cost
*Chamber of Commerce processes — COO applications, legalisation, tracking
*Dangerous goods shipments — compliant with IATA, IMDG, ADR
*Reverse logistics — returns, re-imports, reconciliation
What You Bring
*Proven experience in international logistics / freight / supply chain
*Strong working knowledge of:
*Commercial invoices & export declarations
*Customs duties, HS codes, Country of Origin
*Incoterms (you don’t just know them — you use and challenge them)
*Experience shipping to Far East & Middle East markets
*Confidence working with freight forwarders, ERP systems, and carrier portals (e.g. DHL, UPS)
*Solid understanding of post-Brexit UK–EU customs requirements
*Excellent MS Office to include EXCEL
What Sets You Apart
*Action-oriented — you get things done without being chased
*Detail-obsessed — zero errors, zero excuses
*Commercially sharp — you question costs and improve margins
*Confident communicator — across teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
*Calm under pressure — multiple shipments, tight deadlines, no problem
Success Looks Like
*On-time deliveries, every time
*Accurate, audit-proof documentation
*Controlled freight costs
*Zero customs issues
*Strong supplier performance
