Job Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced and driven Sous Chef to join a high-volume contract catering operation, . It’s a fast-paced kitchen with plenty of challenges, serving up to 2,000 people per day. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency.

Responsibilities of Sous Chef
*Support the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations
*Lead, train, and motivate a large brigade in a high-volume setting
*Ensure consistent delivery of fresh, high-quality food at scale
*Maintain strict food safety, allergen, and HACCP compliance
About you
*Proven experience as a Sous Chef in contract catering or large-scale hospitality
*Experience serving high volumes (1,000+ covers daily preferred)
*Strong leadership and organisational skills
*Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
