Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied, high-quality caseload, advising a broad range of clients from SMEs to property developers and landowners.
The Role
Managing a diverse commercial property caseload, including:
*Acquisitions and disposals
*Drafting and renewing business leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
*Deeds of Grant
*Deeds of Variation
*Deeds of Assignment
*Overage agreements
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial property documentation
*Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to team growth
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
*Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
*Commercial awareness and a solution-focused approach
*Excellent communication and client-care skills
*Proactive, collaborative and team-oriented mindset
