Job Description:
Atkinson Moss Leadership have been engaged to support a growth seed business with a new appointment of a Fractional Finance Lead.
*Salary range: £ FTE
*Requirement: 1 day per week (preference onsite but open to hybrid)
Responsibilities
*Provide the leadership team with ongoing analysis of the business financial position.
*Creation of processes and financial management as expected within an early-stage growth businesses.
*Play a key role in strategic decision making.
Essential Experience
*ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
*Strong level of communication both written and verbal
*Excellent Leadership and interpersonal skills
*A willingness to roll up their sleeves and get hands on within an SME
*Previous experience as a CFO or FD within an SME
