The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of fast-track RTA litigated claims, handling matters from instruction through to settlement or trial. Working closely with colleagues across the team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing fast track RTA litigation claims from inception to conclusion
*Dealing with liability disputes and advising clients throughout the litigation process
*Maintaining high service levels for insurer clients in line with internal quality standards
*Collaborating closely with solicitors and fellow fee earners within a high-performing team
About You
You will have:
*Prior experience handling litigated fast track RTA claims
*A solid understanding of the litigation process and the Civil Procedure Rules
*Working knowledge of the OIC portal
*Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
