Reed Business Support is assisting our client based in Maidstone, is seeking a Debt Collector to join their growing team. No previous experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in credit control or collections.
The ideal candidate will be confident on the telephone and comfortable speaking with customers regarding outstanding debt. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
*Contact customers by phone to discuss outstanding payments in a professional and confident manner.
*Liaise with customers to agree repayment plans and resolve queries.
*Maintain accurate records of conversations and account updates.
*Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth resolution of overdue accounts.
