Our client is a leader in their field, focusing on high-quality products and delivering exceptional service and high-quality products. Established for over 25 years, the company has grown to over 75 employees but has never lost its focus on providing each member of the team with training, support, and care.
The role plays an integral part within their business, ensuring their clients get the very best product and service. This office-based role will see you delivering exceptional service to UK-based clients, understanding their needs, and resolving any queries they may have. The role has a lovely balance of customer service, coordination, and administration.
Duties would include:
*Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
*Oversee client orders from brief through to delivery
*Coordinate internally with buying, production, logistics, and finance teams
*Maintain strong knowledge of product range, capabilities and limitations
*Ensure accurate order processing and documentation
You will be joining a caring environment, have the opportunity to progress within the business, and achieve a work-life balance which can be hard to find elsewhere! In order to be considered for the position, you will need to have strong customer service experience and ideally some administration experience, which can be gained through office work or retail. A passion to deliver exceptional service and, most importantly, a team-oriented mindset.
