Job Opportunity: Deputy Service Manager
Location: East Sussex

What You Will Do:
*Support Operations: Assist the Service Manager in daily service operations and ensure compliance with policies.
*Team Management: Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality support, facilitating training and reflective practice.
*Resident Engagement: Oversee referral processes and champion our client’s support model, empowering residents to achieve independence.
*Safety First: Collaborate on health and safety assessments, ensuring a secure living environment for all.
*Financial Oversight: Work on effective income collection and budget management to sustain our services.

*Experience: Background in supported housing or related fields, with team management skills.
*Approach: A commitment to psychologically informed practice and trauma-informed care.
