CNC Machinist
Job Title – CNC Machinist
Location – Westbury, Wiltshire
Salary – £40,000
Shift – 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday & 08:00 – 13:30 Friday
Hours – 37.5 per week
Job Role of the CNC Machinist
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and high-achieving CNC Machinist to join a well-established and heavily invested manufacturing business. This is an exciting chance to become part of a proactive and efficient engineering team within a company that continues to grow and expand its capabilities.
Working within a busy workshop environment, you will be responsible for CNC milling and turning operations, programming, setting and operating machinery to produce high-quality components. This role would suit a self-driven engineer who takes pride in their work and is motivated to continuously develop their skills.
Sector – Manufacturing / CNC Engineering
Non-Negotiable Requirements of the CNC Machinist
*Proven experience within a CNC machining role
*CNC programming experience
Requirements for the CNC Machinist
*Experience operating lathes or milling machines
*radial drills and vertical / horizontal machines
Desirable Requirements for the CNC Machinist
*Continuous improvement mindset
*Experience supporting commissioning or installation projects
*Ambition to develop and progress within engineering
The CNC Machinist will benefit from:
