General LabourerHereford | Long-term | Full-time
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is currently recruiting an experienced General Labourer to join our client’s team on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established, safety-conscious environment supporting ongoing site operations.
Key Duties*Assist with daily site operations and support various trades as required.
*Conduct pre-work checks and ensure work areas are clean and organised.
*Handle materials and equipment safely.
*Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
*Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements*Previous experience in a general labouring or similar role.
*Good understanding of health & safety practices on-site.
*Comfortable with manual handling tasks.
*Proactive, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
*Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
*Desirable:
*Valid CSCS card.
*Additional site tickets (e.g., manual handling, first aid).
