Job Title: Property Sales Lister

Remuneration: Salary £25k plus 6 month guaranteed commission / Car £5k / OTE £50k unlimited / Profit share % of branch
Reed in Colchester are delighted to supporting our client, a respected, family-run Estate and Letting Agency with offices across Essex and Suffolk. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Lister to join their local office.
THE ROLE
This is a key, revenue-generating role within the branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Proactively generating valuation opportunities and new instructions
*Attending market appraisals and converting valuations into listings
*Building strong relationships with prospective vendors
*Advising clients on pricing strategy and marketing approach
*Working closely with office negotiators to ensure seamless service delivery
*Monitoring pipeline performance to ensure swift sales progression
*Maintaining regular communication with vendors throughout the sales process
*Working to agreed performance targets for listings, conversion rates and revenue
*You will play a pivotal role in driving market share in the area and reinforcing the client’s reputation for service excellence
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a motivated, professional and target-driven individual with:
*A proven track record of successfully listing properties for sale
*Strong valuation and negotiation skills
*Experience working in residential sales (local knowledge preferred)
*A demonstrable ability to win business in competitive situations
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A proactive and self-motivated approach
*High professional standards and strong organisational skills
*A full UK driving licence
*Local market knowledge would be advantageous.
