Must have’s*Experience coordinating complex logistics or operations (events, hospitality or similar environments)
*Exceptional attention to detail across bookings, contracts and documentation
*Confident written and verbal communication skills, including with international stakeholders
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
*A genuine passion for travel and delivering seamless experiences
Nice to have’s*Experience within group travel or tour series operations
*A second European language
*Strong geographical knowledge of Europe
*Experience working with supplier contracts, costings and financial administration
So, what will you be doing?*Managing multiple European tour departures each month, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish
*Coordinating supplier bookings, payments and contracts while monitoring budgets
*Producing detailed itineraries and documentation for tour leaders and on-call teams
*Handling customer service queries and reviewing post-tour feedback
*Collaborating with sales offices, suppliers and internal departments to create memorable journeys
*Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting invoice queries
