Administration & Logistics Manager
Location: Cambridge
Contract: 6-month temporary assignment
Hours: Full-time, on-site
Pay: £17-£20 per hour + holiday pay
Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based in Cambridge for an Administration &Logistics Manager to join their team on a 6-month temporary contract. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a varied and hands-on workload within a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinating operational processes and maintaining accurate business documentation
*Managing product deliveries, logistics administration, and export-related documentation
*Supporting quality standards through process improvement and the introduction of new procedures
*Liaising with the finance team to manage and track purchase orders
*Assisting with health and safety administration, including maintaining chemical safety records
*Providing general office and administrative support across the business
*Overseeing day-to-day administrative activities and supporting junior administrative staff
*Offering operational and administrative support to senior stakeholders as required
Essential Skills & Experience
*Proven experience coordinating domestic and international shipments, including preparation of shipping documentation
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organisational ability with high attention to detail
*Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable Skills
*Experience working with electronic document management or filing systems
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations within an office or operational environment
