Trainee CNC Setter / Operator This position provides structured, on-the-job training for someone who is motivated to learn the skills required to become a CNC Setter/Operator, with long-term progression opportunities within the field.

Key Responsibilities * Learning to set and operate CNC machine tools under supervision

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

* Inspecting and checking components throughout the production process

* Recording machine set-up information and programme details

* Working collaboratively to meet production requirements

* Adhering to all health and safety procedures

* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

* Keeping structured training records to support ongoing development

Training & Development The successful candidate will receive structured, hands-on training within a production environment. Additional external training may be provided as skills progress.
This role offers a clear pathway into skilled engineering positions for the right individual.
Working Hours * Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

* Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm

* Full-time, 39 hours per week

Pay £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
