HR Business Partner
Northampton (2 days onsite)
£48,000-£52,000 + bonus
We’re supporting a large, well-established UK organisation as they continue to strengthen their People function following a significant HR transformation programme.
This newly enhanced HR Business Partner role will sit between the HRBP and operational HR support layers - providing vital day-to-day partnering and analytical support to senior stakeholders.
The Opportunity
This is a high-visibility HRBP role supporting a Senior HR Business Partner across a sizeable, complex business area
You’ll play a key role in:
*Supporting senior leadership with people initiatives
*Workforce and succession planning
*Reward and pay parity analysis
*Organisational design and new team set-up
*Data-led absence, performance and ER insights
What You’ll Be Doing
*Partner closely with a Senior HRBP to support senior stakeholders
*Analyse absence, performance and ER data to inform decisions
*Support organisational design, new role creation and JD development
*Work with Recruitment on workforce planning and new hires
*Contribute to succession planning and internal mobility initiatives
*Provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle
*Collaborate with L&D on capability and development planning
What We’re Looking For
*CIPD Level 5 minimum (or working towards)
*Broad generalist HR experience
*Experience in medium-large, corporate or volume environments
*Comfortable working with data and HR systems
*Exposure to stakeholder partnering
*Commercial awareness and strong attention to detail
*Experience supporting complex employee relations activity
