Marketing Manager
Are you a strategic, creative marketer with a passion for storytelling and brand building? This is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate a much-loved heritage brand with deep roots in Suffolk. I am looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of marketing campaigns that increase visibility, drive footfall, and bring a rich brand story to life across pubs, hotels, retail stores and wider consumer touch points.
What you’ll be doing: In this influential role, you will:
*Create strategic and tactical plans to grow footfall across venues.
*Lead engaging multi-channel campaigns that celebrate the brand’s heritage, products and overall appeal.
*Promote experiences such as tours, events, stays and dining packages through targeted, high-impact marketing.
*Showcase the brand and venues to consumers nationwide.
*Support with targeted marketing activity to boost local engagement.
*Work collaboratively with marketing, communications, and teams to ensure brand consistency across all consumer and trade messaging.
*Drive commercial performance by supporting stores with CRM, in-store activation and online plans.
*Present the brand as a modern lifestyle choice with strong values, sustainability credentials and community impact.
*Oversee trade marketing strategy to increase product reach and visibility.
*Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROI.
*Provide PR support that strengthens local presence and national brand awareness.
*Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering creativity and innovation.
*Stay ahead of market trends and bring fresh ideas that keep the brand relevant and competitive.
What you’ll bring *Experience in a strategic brand or marketing role, ideally with both B2C and B2B exposure.
*Confidence working with and managing agencies.
*Strong creativity paired with a data-driven mindset.
*Brand management experience and deep understanding of the full marketing mix.
*Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards.
*Budget management experience.
*Excellent leadership skills — someone who inspires, motivates and nurtures a positive team culture.
