Job Description:
TEMPORARAY FINANCE ASSISTANT
STANSTED
MONDAY - FRIDAY 07.00AM - 15.00PM
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Finance & Administrative Assistant to support daily operational processes for acompany based at Stansted Airport . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with numbers, and can confidently manage routine administrative tasks. This is a temporary assignment to support a back log of work.
Key Responsibilities
*Complete daily multi-channel sales reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across all revenue streams.
*Perform cash-out procedures and prepare banking deposits.
*Maintain petty cash control, ensuring proper recording, balancing, and replenishment.
*Provide basic payroll administration, including timesheet collation and absence tracking.
*Raise purchase orders (POs) as required and support procurement processes.
*Handle a range of general office administration duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Candidate Requirements
*Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
*Good organisational and administrative skills.
*Ability to work independently during early-morning shifts.
*Previous experience in finance admin, cash handling, or payroll support is beneficial but not essential.
*Must be available to start immediately or at short notice.
