Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
*Create inspiring, fun, and engaging learning experiences
*Support children’s development in line with the EYFS
*Build strong relationships with children and families
*Observe, assess and celebrate progress
*Promote safeguarding and children’s welfare at all times

*Get messy. Very messy. (Glitter is forever.)
What You’ll Need* Full & Relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS Framework
* Understanding of safeguarding procedures
* A warm, nurturing approach
* A good sense of humour (essential!)
* Passion for making a difference
Experience with SEND is welcomed and celebrated
