Programme Management Officer - Enterprise Transformation (FTC)
We’re partnering with a major UK utilities organisation to appoint a Programme Management Officer within their Transformation Office; a central function shaping enterprise-wide change across multiple strategic portfolios.
This is a high-visibility role, sitting at the heart of transformation, ensuring programmes are governed effectively, risks are managed proactively and leadership has the insight needed to make confident, data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Owning and embedding stage gate governance across complex transformation portfolios
*Delivering robust portfolio controls, assurance and performance reporting
*Producing executive-ready reporting for senior stakeholders and transformation boards
*Strengthening PMO standards, tools and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong experience in programme or portfolio-level PMO within large-scale transformation
*Deep understanding of governance frameworks and portfolio controls
*Advanced RAIDO management and analytical reporting capability
*Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
*Experience within utilities or regulated environments highly desirable
*Professional certifications such as MSP, MoP, P3O, PRINCE2 or APM are advantageous
