Job Description:

The people team works closely with business leaders to deliver learning that supports individual progression and drives organisational performance.

We are seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to support the running of the organisation’s learning and development programme, with particular emphasis on Continuous Professional Development and in-house soft-skill training. The role will play a pivotal role in shaping learning solutions that increase capability, improve performance and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Support delivery and monitoring of CPD to ensure regulatory and professional compliance
*Identify learning needs across the business and recommend appropriate interventions
*Design, schedule and coordinate classroom and virtual training events, including creation and administration of e-learning modules
*Source and manage relationships with external training providers to secure quality and value
*Develop and maintain systems, processes and evaluation frameworks to measure learning impact and drive continuous improvement
*Prepare regular updates and data summaries for stakeholders, including reports for leadership
*Respond to L&D enquiries and provide practical guidance to managers and employees
*Maintain awareness of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice in L&D
Essential skills & experience:
*Practical experience in learning and development, with a working knowledge of CPD processes
*Experience designing or coordinating training programmes and events
*Confidence using e-learning authoring tools, or willingness to train to competence quickly
*Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
*Good analytical skills to interpret performance data and set training objectives
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
*Competent with Microsoft Office and common HR/LMS systems
