Job Opportunity: Housing Support Worker- Days
Hours: 35 per week, days
Salary: £26,132 with an uplift 1st April
Location: Bradford
Holidays: 6 weeks + Bank Holidays (yes, you read that right!)

Our client provides short-term accommodation and life-changing support for young people aged 16–18, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children. You’ll be helping them build confidence, learn essential life skills, and prepare for a brighter future.
What You’ll Be Doing (and Loving):
*Be the go-to person for young people, offering guidance through individual support plans.
*Boost their wellbeing by encouraging healthy habits and positive choices.
*Help shape futures by engaging them in education, training, and work opportunities.
*Create a safe, supportive vibe where feedback is welcomed and voices are heard.
*Teach independence with tenancy skills, money management, and confidence-building.
*Get creative with activities like cook-and-eat sessions, gardening, and house meetings.
*Safeguard and protect – because their safety is your top priority.
What We’re Looking For:
*Someone who can keep professional boundaries while being approachable and supportive.

*Flexible, adaptable, and ready to learn.
*A full UK driving licence and access to a car
