National Sales Executive
Location: Office-based, Lancing
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic | OTE £50,000+

Hunters’ client is seeking a high-performing National Sales Executive to drive revenue growth.
This is a billing-driven, target-focused telesales role suited to a proven closer who thrives on performance, accountability and exceeding expectations.
National Sales Executive – The Role
*Generate in excess of £80,000 in monthly sales revenue
*Proactively win new business and secure larger contracts
*Grow and develop existing accounts through cross-selling
*Manage margin, pricing and profitability effectively
*Take full ownership of pipeline, targets and performance
National Sales Executive – The Fit
*Minimum 5+ years’ experience in telesales
*Proven track record of high monthly billing performance
*Evidence of winning and securing significant contracts
*Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
*Resilient, competitive mindset with a results-driven approach
