Aftersales Manager – Luton
Location: Luton
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Car
Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership in Luton who are looking to appoint an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead and develop their Service and Parts departments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Aftersales leader looking for strong earning potential and long-term progression.
The Role:*Full responsibility for the Aftersales department (Service & Parts)
*Managing Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, Technicians, and Parts team
*Driving labour sales, parts sales, efficiency, and utilisation
*Monitoring KPIs and delivering strong departmental profitability
*Ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
*Managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting to senior management
*Ensuring compliance with FCA and Health & Safety regulations
*Recruiting, training, and developing staff
The Ideal Candidate:*Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or experienced Service Manager ready to step up
*Strong financial and commercial awareness
*Track record of improving performance and profitability
*Excellent leadership and motivational skills
*Customer-focused with strong organisational ability
*Full UK driving licence
