This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional looking to work across a diverse range of projects within a collaborative and commercially focused consultancy environment.
The Role As a Town Planner, you will be involved in a variety of planning projects across sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use development. You will support senior members of the team in delivering planning advice and managing applications through the development process.
Key Responsibilities * Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications

* Undertaking site appraisals and planning research

* Drafting Planning Statements and supporting documentation

* Liaising with Local Planning Authorities and key stakeholders

* Supporting project delivery across multiple schemes

* Attending client meetings and site visits where required

Candidate Requirements * Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline

* Working towards MRTPI Chartership (or keen to begin)

* Good understanding of the UK planning system

* Previous experience within a consultancy or local authority

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Organised and proactive approach to workload
