*Position: Support Worker
*Shift: Flexible shifts including Days (08:00 - 20:00; 14:00 - 21:00) and Waking Nights (20:00 - 08:00)

Responsibilities As a Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of our clients’ daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:
*Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
*Supporting individuals with appointments and community activities.
*Promoting independence and well-being.
*Documenting care provided.
Qualifications We’re looking for individuals who are:
*Based in or around West Cumbria.
*Able to commit to a minimum of 36.5 hours per week (3 shifts).
*Holding an Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service, plus mandatory training and PMVA/Restraint certificates (PMVA desirable but not essential).
*Possess the unrestricted right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
*Possess at least 6 months of UK care experience (in any setting like hospitals, community support, etc.).
*Flexible to travel up to 1 hour from home.
